    if you want to date other girls,u can go to any internet cafe n go to http://www.love-meet.net.
    from there u can date others.
    kiki is important,as she can reduce ur wanted level
    carmen can give you health boosts.
    other than these two,there are no useful girls.

    although francis mcreary can replace kiki’s special abilty(of reducing ur wanted level).
